Our story
Paragon Stays was founded by Jamie Lewis, who began his journey in property and serviced accommodation in Stoke-on-Trent, bringing a hands-on approach and a strong passion for interior design and high-quality living spaces.
After several years operating within the serviced accommodation sector, Jamie saw first-hand the limitations of traditional renting. Many landlords were losing control of their assets — tied into long-term tenancies, facing rent arrears, limited enforcement options, and little meaningful support when problems arose.
At the same time, serviced accommodation stood out as a more controlled and professional alternative. By operating properties with guests rather than tenants, landlords retain flexibility, oversight, and protection over their investment while still achieving strong returns.
